A small church in the village of San Giacomo, in Gargnano;

It is one of the oldest buildings on Lake Garda

The statue of San Giacomo, to which the church is dedicated, is not located inside the church,
but it is kept elsewhere to protect it against usury.

Historic palace overlooking the lake; on the opposite side of the Gardesana road there is a large garden.

The villa dates back to the Eighteenth century.

The villa was commissioned by sixteen Bettoni brothers.

The building belongs to the "dimore storiche n. 1 in Italia" ("historic houses No. 1 in Italy")
